Functional parts. Built locally.

If it needs to work, forge it.

Foundry prints your ready-to-run files or engineers the part from a broken sample, rough sketch, or stubborn problem—using materials chosen for real work.

Files, broken parts, and napkin sketches welcome.

The working menu

Capacity when you have the file. Capability when you don’t.

Track 01

You have the file

From $10–15 setup

Send the STL, STEP, or production file. We verify that it can print, select the right process, and turn it around without burying machine time in a mystery fee.

Material pricing

PLA from $0.20/g through nylon and TPU at $0.50/g; machine time included.

Rush work

+50% when the schedule allows. Production contracts stay protected.

Archived repeats

Setup is waived when an approved job returns unchanged.

Track 02

You have the problem

Bring a broken clip, odd mount, shop bottleneck, or rough invention. Foundry measures, models, prototypes, and refines it into a usable part.

  • Simple repairs: $25–45
  • Moderate repairs: $50–90
  • Complex work: $100+
  • Custom CAD: $60–75/hr

Material is part of the design

Beyond hobby-grade PLA

PETG, ABS, nylon, and TPU give working parts the heat resistance, toughness, flexibility, or wear behavior the job calls for.

Make the missing part exist

Send the file. Show the break. Sketch the idea.

Tell Foundry what the part must do, how many you need, and when you need it. We’ll recommend the clearest route forward.
