This is fabrication for repairs, shop work, field use, and product development—not decorative objects or trinkets.

Some jobs arrive as a production-ready file. Others begin with a cracked original, a set of measurements, a handful of reference photos, or an idea that needs to become a usable part. Foundry supports both, with the scope made clear before work begins.

If you already have the geometry, Foundry focuses on making it manufacturable and selecting the right production approach. We validate printability; you remain responsible for the geometry, fit, function, and suitability of the supplied design.

    Send a CAD, STL, or STEP file with the quantity, intended use, and any deadline that matters.

    Review printability

    Foundry checks wall thickness, orientation, tolerances, and other manufacturing constraints before production.

    Material is selected around the part's heat, flex, impact, and environmental demands—not a default hobby filament.

    Fabricate and ship

    Approved jobs move into production, then are packed and shipped when complete.

Design-to-part support

For customers who need a part engineered from references

When the part is missing, damaged, or still only an idea, Foundry can model it from the evidence available and fabricate the finished component. A simple repair is not scoped the same way as complex custom CAD, so the quote reflects the work required.

    Repair work is scoped by complexity; larger or more involved CAD work is quoted separately.

    One revision is included so the model can be checked against the reference and intended fit.

    Fabricate and ship

    Once the design is approved, the part moves into production and ships when ready.

Material follows the job.

Foundry works with functional, engineering-oriented materials and chooses between them based on the part's actual conditions: heat, flex, impact, wear, moisture, UV exposure, and the environment where it will live. The goal is not a generic hobby print; it is a practical component with an informed material choice.

PETG

Everyday functional parts that need better durability and temperature resistance than basic display prints.

ABS

Enclosures, brackets, and parts where heat tolerance and a tougher utility material are important.

Nylon

Wear, impact, and load-bearing applications that benefit from a more engineering-oriented polymer.

TPU

Flexible, grippy, or vibration-managing components where rigid plastics are the wrong fit.

Foundry does not provide certification or a performance guarantee. The customer is responsible for confirming a part's suitability for its use, especially where failure could cause injury, property damage, or regulatory issues.
